- Suits both 6-bolt and 8-bolt exhaust manifold models
Important — VCT Compatibility
This head suits inlet VCT models only. From 2015 onwards, some Hiace and Hilux models were fitted with VCT on both camshafts — this head does not suit those dual VCT models. If you have a dual VCT engine, we have a head to suit — contact us before ordering, and we'll make sure you get the right one.

Does the cylinder head come fully assembled?
Most of our cylinder heads are fully assembled with the camshaft, valves, valve springs and seals fitted, ready to install. A small number of heads are assembled but require you to reuse the camshaft and rockers from your original head. Check the 'What's Included' section on this page for your specific engine.
What's included in the box?
It depends on the product. Most cylinder head kits include the assembled head (with camshaft, valves, springs and seals fitted), a VRS head gasket set and new head bolts — everything needed for the job. Some heads require you to reuse the camshaft and rockers from your original. Where the engine uses an MLS head gasket, the thickest specification is supplied. Gasket-set-only products include the head gasket, manifold gaskets, valve stem seals, rocker cover gasket, head bolts and all O-rings. Always check the 'What's Included' section on this page for your specific product.
How long is the warranty?
All our cylinder heads come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. We stand behind the quality of every head we sell.
