This complete ZD30DDTi 3.0L non-common-rail diesel cylinder head kit suits the Nissan Navara D22 and Patrol Y61 models listed below. Assembled in Melbourne, the head comes with camshafts fitted and shim tappet clearances set, plus valves, valve springs and valve stem seals installed. The kit includes a VRS gasket set with an MLS head gasket in the thickest specification available for this engine, and new single-use torque-to-yield (TTY) head bolts.

Some heads require you to reuse the camshaft and rockers from your original. Where the engine uses an MLS head gasket, the thickest specification is supplied. Gasket-set-only products include the head gasket, manifold gaskets, valve stem seals, rocker cover gasket, head bolts and all O-rings.
