Installer note: The camshafts and adjustable rocker arms are supplied fitted to the head but must be removed before fitting the head to the block, then refitted afterwards. Rocker clearances must be set by the installer after assembly — this is standard procedure for the 4D56U engine.
Note: Gasket set and head bolts not included — source separately or upgrade to the complete kit.

Does the cylinder head come fully assembled?
Most of our cylinder heads are fully assembled with the camshaft, valves, valve springs and seals fitted, ready to install. A small number of heads are assembled but require you to reuse the camshaft and rockers from your original head. Check the 'What's Included' section on this page for your specific engine.
What's included in the box?
It depends on the product. Most cylinder head kits include the assembled head (with camshaft, valves, springs and seals fitted), a VRS head gasket set and new head bolts — everything needed for the job. Some heads require you to reuse the camshaft and rockers from your original. Where the engine uses an MLS head gasket, the thickest specification is supplied. Gasket-set-only products include the head gasket, manifold gaskets, valve stem seals, rocker cover gasket, head bolts and all O-rings. Always check the 'What's Included' section on this page for your specific product.
How long is the warranty?
All our cylinder heads come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. We stand behind the quality of every head we sell.
